Performs highly advanced and/or managerial (senior-level) computer systems analysis work. Work involves directing the planning, budgeting and analysis of user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and facilitate processing or to improve the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) and other related applications, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives. Work involves collaborating with other divisions within the Comptroller’s office and other state agencies and institutions of higher education. Serves as the CAPPS Governance Coordinator, facilitating meetings and record votes, prioritizing work requests, and providing performance statistics. May plan, assign, or supervise the work of others. Works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
