Perform highly complex (senior-level) financial analysis, contract management and procurement liaison duties. Gather, analyze, interpret, organize and report financial data for Information Technology Division.  Provide guidance regarding division and project budgets, expenses, funding sources, trends and strategic planning.   Prepare and assist in the preparation technology purchase requests, new project requests, level of effort estimates and financial planning.  Assist with administration of financial processes plus development and implementation of division financial policies and procedures. Work under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
