Perform highly advanced and/or supervisory (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work as a part of the IT Finance and Resource Planning Team.  Work involves planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, developing, coordinating, and supporting contract monitoring, and Resource Planning activities for Information Technology (IT) division and agency.  May be required to train, lead, prioritize and/or assign the work of others.  Work under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
