General Description

Performs highly advanced (senior-level) budget preparation and analysis work. Work involves overseeing the planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating of budgetary activities and performance measures for the agency; assists the Director of Operations with the preparation of the agency’s legislative appropriations request (LAR), annual finance report (AFR), and operating budget.

Works under minimal supervision of the Director of Operations, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Work may be subject to review by Executive Director and General Counsel.
