The Expenditure Manager is selected by and responsible to the Deputy Director of Financial Services and performs moderately complex managerial work administering and overseeing the daily operations and activities of the Expenditure section. Work involves supervising section staff, establishing goals and objectives, developing schedules, guidelines, policies and procedures; developing schedules, priorities and standards; and coordinating and evaluating program activities to accomplish expenditure financial objectives and reporting. Works under general supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
