General Description

Performs complex (journey-level) licensing and permitting work. Work involves receiving and reviewing applicants from licensees regarding preceptor certifications and notifications of name and address changes; monitors licensee and registrant renewals to ensure compliance with laws and rules governing the Continuing Education requirements; and communicates with external and internal customers regarding the licensing program and relevant laws and regulations.  Works under the general supervision of the Licensing Director with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment within the limits of the agency’s policies and procedures.
