JOB SUMMARY
Performs moderately complex (journey level) consultative services and technical assistance work for the Continuing Education and Consulting (CEC) workgroup. Works with CEC staff and program managers to create, edit, and maintain webpages, and ensures that webpages adhere to accessibility best practices and agency web requirements. Collaborates with Online Learning Consultant to maintain distance learning platforms and implement new features. Monitors work of vendors providing accessibility accommodations for distance learning. Compiles and analyzes data from online learning platforms and prepares visualizations and reports. Assists library staff with access to CEC online learning platforms. Provides resources for CEC projects via the Division blog, newsletters, and calendars, and assists with general office tasks. Works under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Creates, edits, and maintains assigned webpages and assists with maintenance of division website.
Provides technical backend support and data analysis for online learning activities in the Library Development and Networking Division.
Provides technical support for users of online learning platforms.
Provides resources for CEC projects via the Division blog, newsletters, and calendars.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
Attends work regularly in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies.
Complies with all applicable agency policies and procedures, including safety and standards of conduct.

NON-ESSENTIAL TASKS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Twelve semester hours of college coursework in computer programming, data analysis, business, English, library methods, statistical analysis, or related. An associate’s degree in data analytics or related field may be substituted for college coursework, or work experience in the areas of technical support or data analysis may be substituted on a year for year basis up to two years.
Two years work experience providing technical support.
Two years experience editing or creating websites.
Experience assembling and correlating data for analysis, reporting, or marketing.
Experience using a computer and standard desktop software.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
Ability to review and edit documents.
Ability to apply and explain project procedures, rules, and regulations to the public in a tactful manner.
Ability to work collaboratively and collegially on a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience editing webpages using HTML, CSS, and other tools.
Experience implementing web accessibility best practices.
Work experience administering a Learning Management System, producing webinars (via Zoom, Teams, GotoWebinar, etc.), or other backend experience with online learning platforms.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Experience with a variety of online tools and applications such as web content management systems, blogs, and survey tools.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
Bilingual – Spanish

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
College transcripts required with application if claiming college credit.
