General Position Description:
Performs highly complex (senior-level) technical assistance work relating to the enforcement of laws and rules governing the practice of pharmacy. Work involves intake and review of complaints referred from other TSBP teams to evaluate alleged violations and determine subsequent course of action, including potential investigation; communicating with other TSBP teams and subjects of complaints verbally and in writing; preparing administrative tasks; preparing an array of technical, training, program assessment, and administrative activities related to providing information regarding laws and rules over the telephone governing the practice of pharmacy; and serving as a liaison to applicants, licensees, registrants, and the general public by providing information regarding laws and rules over the telephone governing the practice of pharmacy.
Works under the general supervision of with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment within the limits of the agency and Division policies and procedures. Work is subject to review by others, including the Executive Director, Enforcement Division Director, and General Counsel.
