GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION

Performs highly advanced (senior-level) consultative and technical assistance work. Work involves assisting the Director of Enforcement in accomplishing team goals and objectives, including activities relating to the resolution of complaints. Work involves examining, evaluating, and monitoring records, programs, policies, documents, and/or contracts to ensure conformity with laws, rules, and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy; preparing written and/or oral reports on issues for the Director of Enforcement and others; and conducting analysis activities. May serve as a lead worker providing direction to others. Works under minimal supervision of the Director of Enforcement, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Works closely with team leads on the Enforcement Team, including coordination, collaboration, and assignment of work. Work is subject to review by the Executive Director, General Counsel, Director of Enforcement, and others.
