GENERAL DESCRIPTION:   Perform highly advanced (senior level) fiscal and administrative work serving as an executive member of the Finance division with responsibilities to assist with financial affairs for all financial programs, agency payroll, accounts payable and travel payable, and financial reporting.  Plan, assign, and supervise the work of others.  Work under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment within the framework of departmental policies and procedures.
