GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION

Performs routine (journey-level) accounting, clerical, and data entry work. Work involves performing detailed assignments maintaining, posting, and balancing accounting and financial statements, vouchers, cash documents, records, documents, or reports. May specialize in some phase of accounting work such as federal funds accounting, property and equipment control, cost, budgeting, or bond servicing.

Works under moderate supervision of the Finance Team Supervisor, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment within the limits of the agency and team policies and procedures. Work is subject to review by others, including Accountants, Purchaser, and Director of Operations.
