TSABAA provides a forum for the discussion of common issues affecting the business operations of state government. With the help of our generous sponsors, TSABAA holds three major events each fiscal year as well as regular bimonthly continuing education sessions. The major events include: Mid-Winter Conference and Annual Summer Conference.

Sponsorship levels range from Gold to Diamond and provide sponsors the opportunity to meet and interact with fiscal staff from a variety of State agencies. Additionally, the Annual Summer conference provides sponsors with booth space to distribute marketing materials and boost company exposure to potential attendees.

TSABAA has two Sponsorship terms, one term runs concurrent with TSABAA’s fiscal year: September 1st to August 31st and one term is for the Annual Summer Conference only, benefits begin once payment is received and ends each year on August 31st.

Diamond — enter minimum sponsorship amount of $10,000 for Full Year and $7,500 for Summer Only

Ruby — enter minimum sponsorship amount of $7,500 for Full Year and $5,625 for Summer Only

Emerald — enter minimum sponsorship amount of $5,000 for Full Year and $3,750 for Summer Only

Platinum — enter minimum sponsorship amount of $2,500 for Full Year and $1,875 for Summer Only

Additional Pricing Information – May Not Be Used to Qualify for Sponsorship Level

You may review the additional pricing in the TSABAA Sponsorship Levels. In the form fields below enter the details of which additional items you would like to add, then in the amount field list the total of the items you are adding. (Ex. Details: 3 Summer Registrations at $700 each with no Annual Sponsorship | Amount: $2100.00)

Once sponsorship is submitted, TSABAA will send an invoice, within a few days, through QuickBooks to the billing e-mail address indicated in the submittal. The e-mail containing the invoice will be coming from “Texas State Agency Business Administrators’ Association <quickbooks@notification.intuit.com>” (it may get caught in your spam filter or junk folder). Payment can be made either through QuickBooks by ACH transfer, credit card or a check can be mailed to TSABAA’s PO Box. Payment by ACH transfer or check are TSABAA’s preferred form of payment, as there are no additional fees assessed for these payment methods.
